This website serves as your primary point of contact and information source for getting involved in the NHHS Blazing Brigade High School Band Experience!

Here at the NHHS Bands, we travel all across the state, performing at Football Games, Parades, Band Competitions, as well as Concert Performances throughout the Fall and Spring Semester!

Band students are often at the school early and leave very late. There are NO pre-requisites for particpation in the band program...this website will help navigate how YOU can become a member of one of the BEST instrumental music programs in Chatham County!

Spring Training Presentation

Band Participation Checklist 

-Fill out the google registration form above

-Read the Band Handbook in it's entirety (see "band handbook" on our website)

-Sign up for the band app (both students AND parents)...have notifications turned on.

-Register for the Band Course...if you play percussion register for 2nd block band, if you play a Wind instrument, 3rd block band. Important that students register for the course and have room in their schedules. Message Mr. Weathers on the Band App if you are unsure.

-See the Calendar on our band website, as well as "Events" on our band app. COME TO BAND CAMP JULY 15th - 26th! A Detailed schedule of each day of band camp will be provided via the band app and band website. Band camp is 100 percent mandatory for each student's success and band experience!

-ALL afterschool rehearsals and performances are 100 percent required!

All Checks must be made out to the New Hampstead Phoenix Band Boosters

Mrs. Morgan, our Booster President, will be on campus during or a little after the above due dates to collect checks and cash...please make sure you stay on top of these fees and make them by the due dates listed above! Please reach out to Mr. Weathers via the Band App if you're experiencing financial hardship!
